Top 5 pillars of well-being

4. Listening to your body. Admittedly, there’s still room for improvement here – I sometimes have a tendency to run. But I’m trying more and more to listen to myself and my body and be more flexible with my sporting and work schedules, for example. Usually the body or mind will tell you what it wants (rest, certain types of food, etc.) and the messages should not be ignored.

5. Social contacts. Last but not least, my well-being is promoted by my social circle – my friends and family. As an extrovert and sociable person, I like to spend time with people, although every now and then I enjoy myself. I am in daily contact or contact with my friends, which is super important for me (and my mental health). I love exchanging news and opinions or just hanging out – it’s just so relaxing! I try to keep in touch with my friends who live further away on a regular basis, even if it’s sometimes a bit difficult in the middle of a busy day.
