
I have often been asked what are the most important things that keep me well and healthy. I could have listed a lot of things, but when I listed the top five, I stuck to the basics:
1. I always try to get at least 7.5 hours of sleep a night, preferably closer to eight. Sleep is something I don’t want to compromise on, no matter what. I often tend to stay up late into the night, but by 10:30 at the latest, I take myself by the scruff of the neck and stop all the activity and start to wind down for a good night’s sleep.
