
5. Reduce stress.
If your fatigue doesn’t go away with lifestyle changes, stop and feel how you feel. After all, you can get so used to stress that you don’t even notice it anymore. Fatigue, melancholy and listlessness are all part of life, but if they persist for a long time or get worse, they can be a sign of too much stress.
Fatigue can also be caused by anaemia, sleep apnoea or hypothyroidism. If you suspect it’s these and not an unhealthy lifestyle, see your doctor.
