Even a surprisingly short walk can make a big difference to your mood. All it takes is half an hour’s walk every day.
What if you decided to take a half-hour walk every day?
It’s a routine that doesn’t require the impossible, but will forcibly change your mood for the better. There are at least four reasons:

When you walk, your brain starts releasing endorphins, or pleasure hormones. No matter how depressed you are when you walk, exercise helps. Your body is filled with pleasure hormones, whether you feel like it or not. You become more cheerful, and your body’s levels of the stress hormone cortisol are reduced.
