
1. Get moving.
Work a long day and sit most of it. But your body needs to expend energy to get a satisfying night’s sleep. Exercise is a natural way to improve sleep quality. So get moving.
2. Drink more water.
How much do you drink a day? Don’t count soda or coffee. Keep a water diary for a week to find out how much you actually drink.
Dehydration and dehydration may sound like the fate of a desert starved person, but many people unknowingly suffer from dehydration right next to the tap. Dehydration makes you tired, even if you’ve had enough sleep.
Drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day will do your brain a world of good. Eighty-five percent of that is water.
