Popcorn
Popcorn can be a healthy food if you prepare it yourself at home. This avoids dipping popcorn in caramel, butter and sprinkling it with either too much sugar or salt. Note that popcorn that is available in supermarkets or that you buy in cinemas is full of margarine and sodium. Although margarine is a cheaper option compared to butter, it is definitely more dangerous. So if you really must eat popcorn, make it yourself. Alternatively, if you like to munch on something while watching your favourite movie, get some celery instead.

Cheese
As well as being bad for lactose intolerant people, cheese is not good for your overall health. It’s tasty and has some health benefits, such as giving you calcium and protein, but the type you find in supermarkets is full of salt, which is not good for your blood pressure. When you eat too much cheese, your cholesterol levels rise and, as a result, your chances of heart disease increase.
