Right off the bat, we can tell you that lemon water is not a miracle weight loss product. Drinking water every day is not the only way to successfully lose weight. However, lemon water drinkers tend to report weight loss in general. The reasons for this are not entirely clear, but drinking more flavored water can keep you feeling full and satisfied between meals.
Remember, however, that the antioxidant polyphenols in lemons have been shown to reduce weight. Studies have also shown improvements in insulin resistance. Pediatric studies are needed to monitor these promising results.

An uplifting scent that eliminates odors can also reduce stress and keep you calm. That’s why lemon oil is a common ingredient in aromatherapy oils. When you drink lemon, you get the same stress-relieving effect and the benefits of the potassium in the fruit. Potassium is essential for regulating blood pressure, which is a key factor in your stress.
If you drink warm lemonade, you will get an additional calming effect. However, no matter how much you consume, try drinking some lemonade followed by a glass of wine after a particularly busy day.
