Bread
We all eat bread in one way or another, whether it is a loaf of bread, small pieces or sliced sandwiches. The possibilities are endless and it’s a great addition to our meals. Of course, the texture and flavour of the bread must be appropriate, otherwise it looks like we are chewing flavourless chewing gum, or at the other end of the spectrum, the bread is hard as a rock. In short, in order to preserve bread better and not make it hard or stale, don’t store it in the fridge, but preferably in a cool, dry place and always out of the bag.

Carrots
Raw carrots have so many properties that you’ll be tempted to eat one right away. They are rich in phosphorus and potassium which can help with mental fatigue, are a powerful antioxidant and can improve eyesight, hair and nails. They also reduce the risk of cataracts and prevent cancer. To retain all its beneficial effects, carrots are best stored in a dark, cool and non-humid place. Refrigeration only causes them to rot faster and lose their properties.
