Alcoholic beverages
On many social occasions we drink too much alcohol. Weddings, meals, Christmas, all kinds of celebrations. We’re not going to tell you to stop drinking alcohol altogether, but you need to remember that it’s not good for our health. Apart from the fact that these drinks change your behaviour, they also contain a lot of sugar which can raise your blood sugar levels. Again, these types of alcoholic drinks are often mixed with other drinks with higher sugar content to make them easier to consume. Therefore, it is best to control your consumption and limit the composition of sugary drinks. It is important to consume responsibly and be aware that excessive alcohol consumption can affect the protective DNA layer. It is best not to abuse it, combine it with lemonade or simply enjoy a social evening without too much alcohol.

Fried or hard-to-digest foods
Who has never eaten classic breaded chicken or beef or classic fish fingers? Although they make us salivate, fried or breaded foods are not good for our bodies. These fried and breaded foods contain only saturated fat and a lot of oil is used in their preparation. These fats only fill our bodies with bad cholesterol and we digest them poorly. We must always choose meat, fresh fish and prepare them simply on the grill, in the oven, accompanied by vegetables, a little oil, natural spices ……. We need to avoid adding flour dough, as these carbohydrates already contain a lot of sugar in themselves, and eggs give the body an extra calorie pump. It’s great to try meat or fish with a little spice and taste the original flavour.
