Bouillon cubes
There are many different types of bouillon cubes that contain chicken bones or different vegetables. The problem is that most of their ingredients are saturated with salt and artificial substances. Salt is especially harmful for people with high blood pressure, diabetes or the elderly who should try not to eat it. Soup bricks are sold in the same way and have the same problems as bouillon cubes. A better option is to make your own soup, adding fresh produce and controlling the spices added.

Cheese
Cheese is a tasty food, rich in beneficial nutrients such as calcium, vitamin A, vitamin B12, phosphorus, zinc, riboflavin…. Despite this, however, there are many cheeses that are full of saturated fat, increasing our caloric contribution by just one. The problem also lies in the fact that we use cheese as a condiment or when we mix it with other high calorie foods. It’s important to choose those cheeses that contain less fat and to control our consumption of them.
