
7. Grilling
Who doesn’t love a good barbecue? All of us have been attracted to the smell of it on more than one occasion, not knowing that high consumption can be deadly. When meat is grilled, chemicals linked to pancreatic and breast cancer are activated. Avoid consuming too much of this meat, and when you do eat it, try flavouring it with rosemary, which counteracts the carcinogenic components.

8. Dairy products
Animal milk, especially cow’s milk, and its derivatives can pose a health risk if consumed in large quantities. Our bodies are not equipped to process the fat in milk properly, which is why we have become lactose intolerant over the years. Coconut or almond milk is best for meals and snacks.
