Becoming a single foster parent
This meant Katie would need to find her feet as she discovered life as a single parent. However, she was adamant that she would follow through with her decision. Fortunately, it wasn’t long after Katie submitted her application when she began to receive feedback.
The children who would potentially become her foster children were not simply needy children, as they had also experienced heartbreaking trauma early in their lives. This fact simply made Katie even more eager to open her heart.
