Elliott rapped her way to four Grammy awards and more than 30 million records sold. She’s also the first female rapper inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. Elliott told her fans on Twitter and Instagram how she lost 30 pounds in 2014 by cutting out soda and bread. Elliott maintains her weight with a low-carb diet plus cardio and strength training. She’s also drinking more water but admits junk food is still a temptation.

 

4.John Goodman
The man best known for playing Dan Conner on Roseanne once weighed nearly 400 pounds. That’s when he decided to stop drinking, avoid sugary foods, change his diet, and hire a personal trainer. Goodman has lost more than 100 pounds. He’s kept it off by following a diet full of lean meats, fruit, veggies, and protein shakes. He also works out 6 days a week.
