Everyday life is full of comparisons and accomplishments, but you can’t go wrong with walking. First, make it your goal to simply put on your shoes and coat. By the time you get that done, you’re halfway out the door.
If you can’t walk for half an hour, walk for 15 minutes twice a day. Studies show that it will make you feel as good as walking for half an hour straight.
