Good news! Coffee has many more good health benefits than bad.

 

Are you familiar with the coffee morsel? It’s that slightly restless, mid-afternoon feeling that makes you think: How many cups is too many? I should probably cut back.

There may be no reason to have a snooze. Many people think it’s unhealthy to drink coffee when they don’t need to,» says Reijo Laatikainen, a nutritionist at the Aava Medical Centre.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 





«Especially the older generation thinks coffee is a bit of a bad thing. That belief is persistent,» says Laatikainen.
