4. Oak Bay Beach Hotel
Oak Bay Beach Hotel offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception venues. Options range from a terrace garden with ocean views to the grand David Foster Foundation Theatre. The Theatre can hold up to 120 guests for a banquet reception.
