Potato chips
Potato chips are unhealthy for logical reasons because they are fried, and we know that fried foods are really unhealthy. To elaborate on why they are unhealthy, it’s because they contain acrylamide, a substance linked to colon, rectal, breast and prostate cancer. We know they taste great and it’s hard to stop eating them, but you can make your own version of potato chips at home, just use olive oil and bake them in the oven.

Salad dressings
If you like to eat salads, the absolute worst thing you can do is add dressings to them, for many reasons. Salad dressings are very unhealthy because they contain artificial colors and high fructose corn syrup. Thinking you are eating healthy when you add dressing to your salad is like trying to save the Titanic with a bucket on your hand. Learn to eat vegetables and fruits with gusto without adding anything artificial.
