Vegetable oil
We are all guilty of using vegetable oil at some point in our lives, and every day we learn more and more about the dangers of using it in the kitchen. The use of vegetable oil can result in some of the worst diseases imaginable, such as cancer, Alzheimer’s and cardiovascular disease. We are lucky because there are plenty of other options that you can use instead of vegetable oil. Avocado oil, olive oil, and even coconut oil are all much healthier, so we encourage you to start using one of these immediately to improve your health.

Margarine
Let’s be clear about one thing, whoever told you that margarine is healthy lied to you because it is one of the unhealthiest foods you can eat. It’s a nasty and sickly cousin of butter that contains trans-fatty acids that damage your blood vessels and even your heart, and let’s not forget that if you eat it often, your cholesterol levels are likely to rise. If you have any margarine, throw it in the bin and buy butter or use olive or coconut oil.
