Before you know it, the food is moldy and in your mouth! We know it’s disgusting. At that moment, you may wonder what effect it will have on your body. Will you suffer from food poisoning? It’s more common than you think
The truth is that mold is more common than you think. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service tells us. It says, «Molds are microscopic fungi that live in the bodies of plants or animals. No one knows how many species exist, but estimates range from tens of thousands to about 300,000 or more.»
