How much do you need to exercise?
Consistency is important, so for optimal results we recommend exercising at least 3 days a week for one hour each workout (minimum). And pay attention to a healthy diet.
Here is a collection of exercises for weight loss

Squats 3 sets of 10 reps
Stand with your legs straight in line with your shoulders, start lowering your hips as if you’re about to sit in a chair. When you bend your knee, your thigh should be parallel to the ground. Eventually, you can perform the exercise holding the weights with your arms in front of your chest.
