The most effective plants

In all cases, preparations based on creams, herbal teas, facial baths, compresses, masks … can improve the condition of the skin but require a certain perseverance in its application.
The plants usually used are rich in phytosterols, potassium salts and inulin (a polysaccharide sugar) with a depurative, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect.
Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale)

It is depurative and accelerates the elimination of toxins. The root is used and, to a lesser extent, the leaves and flowers.
Take it in mixed decoction, two glasses daily, in compresses and in facial baths.
Calendula flowers (Calendula officinalis)

They are protective and regenerative of the skin. Floral chapters and calendula oil are used.
Apply in lotion in soft massage, or ointments and creams already prepared in herbalists.
Meadow clover (Trifolium pratense)

It has an estrogenic effect that favours hormonal balance.
It is taken in infusion, two glasses a day, but also externally, in compresses or facial baths.
Argan (Argania spinosa)

It is regenerating, hydrating, purifying, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. The oil is used from its seeds.
Apply it in lotion for massage or to prepare a mask.
